The begining of my exploration into how i can really push the use of sewing and textiles in jewellery.
Making a banana out of fabric took a little doing, but this seires of work was really pushed forward by the freedom of using wood and paint to amplify the fun and quirkyness of a banana.
The work was inspired by bustleing banaa markets and the beauty of Carmen Miranda
